What is the NEDS refund/return policy?

12 Month Guarantee

NEDS will offer a full refund on goods that are faulty due to manufacturing defects, mechanical fault due to normal use. This does not include fault due to misuse, accidental damage and third party alteration. Neds may refuse refund at it’s own discretion should any fault be deemed be caused by third party misuse and alteration.
