Again it has been run, run, run all day at the NEDS stand. Promote, promote, promote. Our Ironhorse, single layer jeans are taking the world by storm – well the world according to the Ulysses A.G.M. – bring on the 2010 A.G.M. in Albany, W.A.
Nobody knew NEDS this time last week, but they sure know us now.
The questions have been coming thick and fast. Why is your Kevlar so soft and NOT like sandpaper? How come you were able to come up with a single skin Kevlar jean? Etc. Etc.
Kenn had an opportunity today to catch up with “The Bear”. Anyone who knows anything about motorcycling in Australia is aware that “The Bear”, a.k.a. Peter Thoeming is Editor of Road Rider Magazine,
www.roadrider.com.au He is the doyen of Australian motorcycling and has a wealth of knowledge on motorcycling in Australia and overseas.
The Bear was quite interested in our single layer Ironhorse wear.
Since day 1 we have had a steady stream of folk in the “cuddly” range asking us about larger sizes. We currently go up to size 44 in men’s and 22 in ladies, but there is obviously strong interest in a greater size range and larger sizes.
We as a company are interested in pursuing this further. So to that end as people asked about this, we quizzed them a bit, about what they felt their requirements and wishes would be should we produce these sizes. Thank you to all who gave freely of their time to answer our questions and provide feedback on this subject, Carol, Dennis, Annie, Wendy, John, Peter to name just a few. You know who you are and we thank you one and all. We will use this information to test the viability of this exercise and will keep you posted. A word of warning though – we made need to come back to you to ask more questions.
