Where are these people coming from? Many who came yesterday have come back today – and it obviously wasn’t due to our good looks! We were told by a number of people that their husband, wife, or friend told them “YOU MUST GO AND CHECK OUT THAT NEDS GEAR!”
Again it has been busy, busy, busy, but I had a little time to catch up with Aaron from Earmold Australia. What a great product they have. As a local Welfare Officer and a manufacturer of safety riding apparel, I obviously have a great interest in safety issues, so I’ve been wearing their earplugs for some years now and highly recommend them. To check out their range, you can go to their website – www.earmold.com.au. And at my age, I have great interest in retaining as much of my hearing as I can!
We have met so many folks it’s hard to keep track of everyone. One couple in particular who stood out to Andrea were Mick and Astra from Bundaberg, Qld. Mick has a prosthetic leg which Andrea related to as her Dad also was in the same position, so she understood the special problems that this brings. Mick wanted to be sure that all his special fit needs could be met should he decide to purchase any of the Neds products. We talked through all the issues, and found products that would suit Mick to a T. The “Kelly Cargoes” seem to be the best fit for Mick. The looser leg styling will allow him to get the pants on and off with ease. He joked about the fact that should he have the misfortune of taking an off on his bike, then at least he had a chance of replacing at least one leg if need be, unlike the rest of us who bleed from both legs! Mick and Astra also told us they would be back tomorrow!
See you all tomorrow
